Access, Updates, and Deletion Your Data

You can access, view, update, and delete your account by signing into your Sungale Cloud App and visiting "Account Setting" page. If you choose to delete your account, all of your account detail, cloud device registration and cloud files will be completely removed immediately, there'll be no way to restore.
