SCTP, Inc. seeks Sales Engineer.

 

Master's degree in Engineering or a related field required.

 

Job duties:

1.) Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop and promote the sale of the company's new products, and provide sales support;
o Discuss trends in changing customer requirements with sales team;
o Discuss proposed solutions for understanding customer requirements and promoting sales with management
o Work with sales team periodically to address any support issues that are raised;
o Serve as main contact for manufacturers abroad, which manufacture key components used in company products.
o Confer with customers and engineers to assess how new features can be implemented into company products;
o Be a liaison between customers and engineers to make sure that customers' technical needs are being met;
o Utilize background in engineering to provide feedback to manufacturers regarding development of products.
3.) Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain new products and services to customers and prospective customers;
o Draft technical presentations based on technical reports;
o Show management prepared presentations and obtain feedback;
o Deliver presentations to customers and prospective customers and incorporate feedback into future feedback.

 

Salary: $102,274
